Complaint Form:  All filings of non-structural, grading and environmental complaints shall be made in writing on the Elk Township Complaint Form and filed with the Township office.  The Complaint Form will be provided to the Township Zoning Officer for investigation.

PA State Police Alert of a Phone Scam:  The Pennsylvania State Police has been receiving an abundance of phone calls in regards to an IRS Scam.  These callers are claiming that they are the IRS and demand money or else “a warrant will be issued for your arrest”.  These phone calls are fraudulent.   Voicemails have also been left requesting that you contact them.  Do not contact that number or issue them any money.  Call the Attorney General office directly if you are contacted at 717-787-3391.
