The Oxford Regional Multi-municipal Comprehensive Plan was adopted by Elk Township on July 25, 2012.  The plan was prepared by the Oxford Region Multimunicipal Comprehensive Plan Planning Committee with technical assistance provided by the Chester County Planning Commission. The committee is currently working on the Intergovernmental Cooperative Implementation Agreement.  Please click on the following link for more information: Oxford Region Multi-municipal Comprehensive Plan
